Villa Lucia is situated on a hill 500m away from Episcopi Village, in a 6 acres area full of trees and flowers, and with an aerial view of the Cretan sea. The interior size of the villa is around 300 m2 separated in two floors with an inside ladder. The villa can accommodate 10 to 12 persons in the 5 private bedrooms situated in the second floor.
